Masala Jeera Aloo


  • 1 cup potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoons chopped green chillies
  • 1 tablespoon ShreeGun Sabji Masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ShreeGun Amchur Powder (Dry Mango Powder)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

2. Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

3. Add the cubed potatoes and mix well to coat with the oil and spices.

4. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are lightly browned.

5. Add the green chillies, ShreeGun Sabji Masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ShreeGun Amchur Powder and salt and mix everything together.

6. Reduce the heat to low and cover the pan.

7. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through.

8 Garnish with coriander leaves.

9. Serve the Jeera Aloo warm with chapatis or Naan.
