Vegetable Masala
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Assorted vegetables, diced (such carrots, peas, potatoes, beans, cauliflower and bell peppers, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon ShreeGun Kitchen King Masala
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste2 tablespoons freshly chopped coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the diced vegetables and stir to coat in the oil.
3. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
4. Add the ShreeGun Kitchen King Masala, ginger paste and garlic paste. Stir to combine.
5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
8. Serve warm with roti or naan.
