Steamed Chicken Momos (Street Style)




              Cooking Instructions:

              1. To make Momo Sheets Add salt (as per taste) in plain flour along with oil and mix well. Now gradually add water, knead into a smooth dough. Cover and keep it aside for 25-30 minutes.

              2. For filling, in pan add 2tbsp oil, minced chicken along with minced ginger-garlic, onion, soya sauce and salt (as per taste). Add ShreeGun Momos Masala. Sauté well for 4-5 minutes.

              3. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.

              4. Add adequate amount of filling, moisten the edges with a little water and shape it into small dumplings.

              5. In a steamer boil water and place the stuffed Momos on a mesh wire on a plate. Cover and let it steam for 10-15 minutes.

              6. Serve hot steamed Momos along with chilli sauce, soya sauce or spicy chilli tomato sauce.

              Note: You can also shallow fry the momos instead of steaming it. Also use the momos in soups.
