Shahi Paneer


      Cooking Instructions:


      1. Boil 2 cups of water along with onions, tomato, green chillies and cashew/almond. Cook for 20 minutes or till soft. Cool, strain and grind it into a fine paste. Keep the strained water aside.

      2. In pan heat butter/ghee and sauté 2 ginger-garlic paste till the rawness of garlic is gone.

      3. Now strain and add the onion-tomato paste along with ShreeGun Shahi Paneer Masala and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.

      4. Add salt to taste and the strained water as desired. Cover and cook for
      10-15 minutes or till the gravy is of desired consistency.

      5. Now add 2 tbsp of cream and mix well till the oil separates.

      6. Cut Paneer (cottage cheese) into cubes, add and mix well.

      7. Garnish Butter Paneer with a dollop of butter and cream along with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Serve it hot along with Naan/ Roti or Rice.
