Mutton Korma

KORMA EASY TO COOK

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

 MUTTON KORMA 50G OTU

Cooking Instructions:


1. Heat ghee/oil, fry onions till golden brown and remove (coarse grind when cool).

2. In the Same oil add meat and garlic paste. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the raw smell of garlic disappears.

3. Now add 1 pkt. of ShreeGun Korma Masala and yogurt. Mix well and cover & cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.

4. Add chopped ginger & 1 ½ cup of water. Cook on low heat till the meat becomes tender and the gravy is of desired consistency.

5. Add fried coarse ground onion. Cover & cook on low flame for 5-10 minutes.

6. Garnish delicious Mutton Korma with ginger julienne and coriander leaves (optional: add a few drops of Kewra water) and serve along with Naan / Roti or Rice.
