Cooking Instructions:

1. At first in a bowl marinate the meat with ginger paste, garlic paste, thick yogurt, 3 tbsp lemon juice and 1 packet of ShreeGun Mutton Biryani Masala. Mix well and keep it aside for 30 minutes. A longer duration of 2-3 hours is preferred.)

2. Now heat ghee/oil and fry onions till golden brown. Remove half the fried onion in a separate plate. Now add the marinated meat and cook for 10 minutes on low heat till oil separates.

3. Add 3 cups of water and mix well. Cover and cook on low heat till the meat is tender. Then remove the cover and reduce the gravy, such that little curry remains. Remove from flame. Check seasoning.

4. Separately, in a vessel boil. 3 liters of water. Add 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp lemon juice, ShreeGun Whole Spices (packed in the small separate sachet) & soaked rice. Cook till rice is ¾ done. Remove & drain thoroughly.

5. In a pot spread half the rice, layered with all the cooked meat curry. Spread the fried onions along with chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves. Top it up with remaining rice.

6. Cover & cook on low heat until rice is fully cooked. (8-10minutes)

7. Serve delicious Mutton Biryani hot with Raita.
