Matra Kulcha (Delhi Street Style)


  • 2 cups white peas / safed matar (pressure cook with salt to taste, drain and retain water)
  • 1 tsp ShreeGun Pancham Chat Masala
  • 1 tablespoon ShreeGun Chana Masala (Chhole ka Masala)
  • 4 tbsp onion, finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp tomato, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoon coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 inch ginger, julienne
  • 1 inch beetroot, julienne
  • 2 green chilli, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

              Cooking Instructions:

              1. In bowl mix boiled white peas (matar) with onoin, tomato, green chilli, lemon juice and coriander leaves.

              2. Add ShreeGun Pancham Chat Masala, ShreeGun Chana Masala and salt to taste. Add water if required.

              3. Garnish it with ginger julienne, beetroot julienne and set it hot with kulchas (fluffy bread toasted in butter).
