Karahi Paneer


Cooking Instructions:


1. Heat the oil in a large kadhai or shallow pan over medium-high heat. Add the whole cumin seeds and let it sizzle.

2. Add the chopped onion, and cook until lightly browned.

3. Add the tomato puree, ginger paste, garlic paste, yogurt, ShreeGun Garam Masala, ShreeGun Kitchen King Masala and ShreeGun Kashmiri Mirch Powder. Stir together and cook for a few minutes until fragrant.

4. Add the paneer cubes, diced onion and bell peppers. Season with salt. Stir everything together and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add water if required.

5. Add green chillies, and fry for a few minutes more.

6. Turn off the heat and stir in the chopped coriander leaves.

7. Serve warm with naan, kulchas or your favorite Indian bread.
