INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

 KARAHI -MUTTON 50

Cooking Instructions:

1. At first heat oil in a karahi or a wok. Add meat and fry on high heat. (12-15 minutes).

2. Add ginger, garlic, tomatoes and green chillies one at a time. Mix well. Cover and cook on low heat for 8-10 minutes, stir periodically.

3. Cook till tomatoes turn soft. Remove & discard the skin from the tomatoes. Then mash it with the help of spatula to make it pulpy.

4.Now add 1 pkt. of ShreeGun Karahi Masala, stir for 5 minutes.
Then add 1 cup of water Cover and cook till meat becomes tender (30-40 minutes). Cook till oil separates.

5. Garnish with ample of ginger julienne.

6. Serve delicious Karahi Mutton hot with tandoori roti or bread/naan.
